Molded Paper Pulp

Paper Pulp Packaging is made from up to 100% recycled material, including scrap from our own packaging manufacturing processes. Pulp trays are biodegradable or recyclable, offering a sustainable alternative to traditional plastic options. Our paper pulp manufacturing facility also uses a recycled water tank for minimal water usage.

Our Paper Pulp Packaging is custom molded to snugly accommodate your product and can be personalized with your branding. Each tray is crafted with a smooth finish to provide a premium look and feel to your packaging. Whether you need simple one-piece trays or hinged trays with locking tabs, we can design paper pulp packaging that fits your product flawlessly.

Molded Pulp Packaging can also be complemented with our other packaging solutions, such as paperboard cartons or rigid set-up boxes. 

Recycled Chipboard Rigid Boxes

Rigid Set-Up Boxes are made of recycled chip board with a fine sheet paper wrap that can be printed with your design for maximum in-store marketing and branding. They are very strong and durable, making them a great option for heavier products. Luxury brands often choose a Rigid Box to communicate value and quality of their products, as they provide a premium out of box experience for your customers. Rigid Boxes are also perfect for kitting products and accessories into a professional and efficient solution.

Recyclable Packaging Options

Most of our paperboard folding cartons and rigid boxes are 100% recyclable, including foil stamped packaging. According to a study conducted by The Foil Stamping And Embossing Association, all paper products are recyclable, whether they are printed using hot foil stamping, cold foiling, or digital foil printing. Depending on the material chosen, our plastic folding cartons can be up to 100% recyclable as well. PET and PP (Polypropylene) are great choices for recyclable plastic packaging. 

FSC® Certified Paperboard Folding Cartons

Wynalda Packaging provides FSC® certified paperboard options for folding carton packaging. The Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC), is an international organization focused on sustainability and protecting forests all over the world. FSC® certification promotes customer confidence in our
environmental and sustainability practices. There are three different labels we use on our packaging products:

• FSC 100%: these products come from FSC-certified forests.
• FSC Recycled: these products are made from 100% recycled materials.
• FSC Mix: these products are made with a mixture of the two materials above and/or FSC-controlled wood.

SFI® Certified Paperboard Folding Cartons

Wynalda Packaging also provides SFI® certified paperboard folding cartons. The Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI) is a North America-based non-profit organization focused on sustainability and forest management. SFI® certification promotes customer confidence in our environmental responsibility and fiber tracking. There are three different labels we use on products:

• SFI Chain of Custody Credit Method: this label is used when a product is made of 100% certified content.
• SFI Chain of Custody % Method: this label is used to show what percentage of the final product is made of certified content.
• SFI Chain of Custody Recognizing Global Standards: this label recognizes global standards, such as the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC).
